Créase el Fondo Nacional de Turismo como dependencia del Departamento Nacional de Turismo. Tal Fondo está destinado al sostenimiento de la organización del turismo nacional en todos sus ramos, como propaganda, restauración y conservación de los lugares, construcciones y objetos de función turística, y a la adquisición de nuevos bienes similares a aquéllos.
