Si el tiempo de servicio a que se refiere el artículo anterior se hubiere prestado en la Contraloría General de la República en lapso menor de diez años, la pensión de jubilación se liquidará en la forma ordinaria establecida para los empleados de la Rama Administrativa del Poder Público.
