Los formularios para el juego de apuestas permanentes o chance que sean diligenciados manualmente, deberán ser impresos en papel de seguridad, con un color para el original y el otro para la copia, agruparse en talonarios de cincuenta (50) unidades en original y una copia y su tamaño será determinado por la entidad concedente.
