Cuando un Oficial o empleado de categoría de tal, desee por el carácter de su enfermedad, salir del hospital y ser atendido en su casa de habitación, debe solicitarlo por escrito a la Dirección del Servicio de Sanidad, por conducto del médico jefe del respectivo hospital, y ésta debe dar aviso al Departamento de Personal del Ministerio.
