° Surprímase el impuesto sucesoral establecido por el Decreto 2143 de 1974. Esta supresión cobija tanto las sucesiones que se abran a partir de la fecha de la vigencia del presente Decreto, como aquellas ya abiertas y con respecto a las cuales no se hubiere notificado la liquidación del referido impuesto.
