°. Campo de aplicación. El presente decreto reglamenta de manera general e integral el proceso de elección del miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión de que trata el literal c) del artículo 1° de la Ley 335 de 1996, para suplir la vacancia definitiva o por vencimiento del período institucional para el cual haya sido elegido.
