Instancias de Salud . Son instancias organizativas de carácter regional creadas, direccionadas y reglamentadas por las autoridades indígenas en el marco del derecho propio, para contribuir al funcionamiento del Sispi, que se relacionan a continuación: el Fondo Indígena de Salud (FIS), la instancia de vigilancia y control propia y las demás que se constituyan en marco del gobierno propio y por decisión de las autoridades acorde a los mandatos definidos por el Territorio Indígena que conforma el Consejo Regional Indígena del Cauca (CRIC).
