El inciso primero del artículo 86 del Decreto 2053 de 1974, quedara así: Descuento personal especial. El veinte por ciento (20%) de los primeros diez mil pesos ($10.000) correspondientes al precio del arrendamiento pagado por habitación del contribuyente, adicionado en un cinco por ciento (5%) sobre el exceso de dicha suma; más el diez por ciento (10%) de los gastos de educación y salud. En primer lugar de todo lo anterior, podrá desconcentrarse la suma de mil pesos ($1.000).
