El Sector Administrativo: de igualdad y Equidad está integrado por el Ministerio de Igualdad y Equidad ·y. las demás entidades que le adscriba o vincule la ley, conforme al artículo 42 de la Ley 489 de 1998 .

Parágrafo transitorio

Con el fin de preservar y potenciar el impacto positivo generado durante el desarrollo. de su misionalidad, el proceso de integración de entidades al Sector Administrativo de la Igualdad y Equidad deberá salvaguardar la memoria institucional y las buenas prácticas generadas por estas a través del tiempo.
