En el caso de que alguno o algunos de los facultativos a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, expidieren una certificación falsa, el jefe de la oficina, gerente, administrador o encargado de la obra o empresa respectiva, la pasará a la autoridad competente junto con las demás pruebas de que se derive su falsedad, para que se investigue la responsabilidad criminal de quienes la suscriben.
