Todo el que para un juicio presente documentos originales, tiene derecho para que a la copia de la demanda se agregue copia cotejada por el Secretario, de los documentos dichos, copia que se repetirá auténtica y valdrá como el original en el mismo juicio, en el caso de que alguno de los litigantes no devuelva los autos que recibió en traslado.
