Certificación de municipios nuevos. Los municipios que se creen por parte de las Asambleas Departamentales a partir del 23 de diciembre de 2009, solo podrán solicitar la certificación para asumir la gestión de la prestación de los servicios de salud, dos (2) años después de su creación, siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en el presente Capítulo.
