Vigencia
Decreto 1272 de 2023 · por medio del cual se crea una transferencia no condicionada para atender a las familias con niños y niñas en primera infancia y/o madres gestantes, que se encuentren en estado de desnutrición o en riesgo inminente de estarlo en el departamento de La Guajira y se toman otras medidas que permiten la atención integral de esta población, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica.
