º . Límites . El desembolso de los recursos para que la Nación pueda cumplir su obligación conforme a lo dispuesto en el literal d) del artículo 313 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero se hará solo en la cuantía necesaria para satisfacer las obligaciones que no puedan ser atendidas con los activos de la institución financiera nacionalizada, excluyendo de tales activos el aporte de capital de los accionistas. La garantía a la que se refiere el presente decreto solo se hará efectiva después de haber liquidado tales activos.
