Con excepción de los Artículos 6º, 7º, 8º, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 y 18, que regirán desde su promulgación las demás disposiciones de esta Ley regirán de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 12, salvo el 3o, que regirá como en él se indica.
