En los negocios jurídicos de constitución de propiedad horizontal, adquisición, incluido el leasing habitacional, cuando se ejerza la opción de compra, hipoteca, afectación a vivienda familiar y/o constitución de patrimonio de familia de inmuebles definidos como Vivienda de Interés Prioritario, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes, independientemente de la naturaleza jurídica de las partes, para ninguna de ellas se causarán derechos notariales.
