Art. 11. Cuando se introduzcan en las oficinas de correos objetos con estampilla ya usadas ó falsas, tales objetos serán dirigidos, certificados, de oficio, al Procurador general de la Nación, para que proceda á la práctica de las diligencias conducentes á la averiguación del responsable del fraude; y del mismo modo procederán las oficinas del destino cuando sean ellas las que descubran la anotación anterior ó falsificación de las estampillas.
