El literal a) del numeral 1 del artículo 329 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, modificado por el artículo 5º del Decreto 2359 de 1993, quedará así: a) Nombrar, remover, encargar, distribuir y conferir comisiones al exterior a los funcionarios de la entidad, incluidos los Superintendentes Delegados.
