Los traslados dentro del Presupuesto de Gastos de Funcionamiento no necesitan concepto previo y favorable de la Dirección General del Presupuesto, excepto aquellos financiados por el Presupuesto Nacional parcial o totalmente. Los rubros contracreditados no podrán acreditarse nuevamente.
