Para pagar al Departamento de Caldas la subvención correspondiente a diez kilómetros de su ferrocarril, una vez que hayan sido recibidos, se abre al Poder Ejecutivo un crédito adicional al Presupuesto especial de crédito público de la presente vigencia, así: Capitulo ÚnicoEmisión de documentos de crédito público.Artículo bis. Para emisión de libranzas del Ferrocarril de Caldas, ciento cincuenta mil pesos$ 150.000.
