El ejercicio de la actividad de acreditación prevista en el Decreto 2269 de 1993 podrá ser desarrollado en adelante, en condiciones de mercado, por entidades constituidas bajo las normas de derecho privado, de conformidad con los requisitos que para el efecto determine el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
