ARTICULO 9o . La Dirección General de Aduanas autorizará los lugares de almacenamiento de mercancías extranjeras que se importen a las zonas, señalando requisitos y fianza especiales. El control aduanero sobre las mercancías de importación o exportación se realizará de acuerdo con las normas generales.
