La mercancía depositada en cualquier almacén general de depósito podrá ser retirada en cualquier momento para su consumo, transporte a otro puerto, exportación o suministro a los buques en calidad de bastimentos mediante el pago de los correspondientes derechos, o también para su traslado a un almacén general de depósito acondicionado para la manufactura, según lo previsto en el CAPITULO XXIV. Tales entregas de mercancía sólo podrán ser solicitadas por la persona en cuyo nombre esté depositada la respectiva mercancía, o por su agente debidamente autorizado.
