Art. 1.° Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para conceder primas hasta de á mil pesos á los plantadores de quina, por cada diez mil árboles de las mejores clases como la Ledgeriana, Lancifolia, Officinalis, Pitayó &c., que cultiven de ahora en adelante y presenten en estado de producción.
