Los miembros de las Juntas Administradoras de esas divisiones departamentales, serán elegidos el mismo día en que se eligen los Alcaldes Municipales, para un período de tres (3) años. La Registraduría del Estado Civil realizará estas elecciones. Los miembros de las demás corporaciones de elección popular no podrán hacer parte de dichas Juntas a Administradoras.
