Cuando una empresa sin justa causa o sin autorización, modifique o aumente los horarios autorizados en una ruta, el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito una vez verificados los hechos y agotado el procedimiento, aplicará las sanciones establecidas en el presente Decreto.
