º El valor de los fletes férreos que se causen por el transporte de artículos para los hoteles, por los ferrocarriles nacionales, serán percibidos en la misma forma que se determina en el artículo anterior. El Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales reglamentará la forma en que deben movilizarse los materiales a que se ha venido haciendo referencia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
