Adición al presupuesto de gastos o de apropiaciones. Adiciónese el Presupuesto de Gastos o de Apropiaciones del Presupuesto General de la Nación de la vigencia fiscal de 2026, en la suma de diez mil seiscientos ochenta y cuatro millones setecientos sesenta mil trescientos treinta y tres pesos moneda corriente ($10.684.760.333), según el siguiente detalle:
