ARTICULO 27. Las asambleas y los concejos podrán establecer dentro de la órbita de su competencia, exenciones de los impuestos de beneficencia, predial, industria y comercio, rodamiento de vehículos, registro y anotación y de aquellos otros que consideren del caso, en beneficio de las víctimas de los atentados terroristas a que se refiere este Decreto.
