° Las importaciones de productos incluidos en la Lista Nacional Colombiana y en la Lista de Concesiones otorgadas por Colombia al Paraguay, estarán exentas del depósito previo de que trata el artículo 17 de la Ley 1° de 1959, a excepción del extracto de quebracho de que trata la partida arancelaria NAB 32.01.01, que continuará con el depósito previo vigente en la actualidad.
