ARTICULO 18 . Las Unidades de Fiscalía del Nivel Nacional están adscritas al Fiscal General de la Nación y a la Dirección Nacional de Fiscalías. Las Unidades de Fiscalía del Nivel Regional están adscritas a la Dirección Regional de Fiscalías. Las Unidades de Fiscalía del Nivel Seccional y del Nivel Local están adscritas a las Direcciones Seccionales de Fiscalías.
