Para el ejercicio de las facultades que se otorgan al Presidente de la República en la presente Ley, éste estará asesorado por una junta consultiva constituída por un Senador y un Representante elegidos de su seno por cada una de las Comisiones Primera, Cuarta y Octava de las Cámaras y por la Sala Consultiva y Servicio Civil del Consejo de Estado.
