Ley 96 de 1876 · Que concede una pensión a la viuda e hijos del Sarjento Mayor José Santamaría Baraya

Artículo único. Concédese la pension de cincuenta pesos mensuales, pagadera del Tesoro nacional, a la señora Margarita Carreño i a los menores Roberto i Juana, la Primera viuda i los últimos hijos del Sarjento Mayor José Santamaría Baraya.

Parágrafo 1

° La pension indicada se repartirá del modo siguiente: la mitad para la señora viuda, i la otra mitad divisible entre sus dos hijos menores.

Parágrafo 2

° Esta pension durará por el tiempo de la viudez de la señora Carreño, de la menor edad del hijo varon i de la soltería de la mujer.
