Art. 2.° Todos los empleados Diplomáticos y Consulares de la Nación están obligados á hacer publicar, por lo menos en un periódico del país de su residencia, la relación de que se habla en este Decreto, ó un extracto de ella, si fuere más conveniente.

Parágrafo

Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de esta obligación serán cubiertos en los respectivos Consulados y se imputarán á la partida de gastos extraordinarios del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
