ARTICULO 226. Notificación demandas. En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones ordinarias, laboral y contencioso-administrativa, que interesen a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada exclusiva y personalmente al Director General de la Policía Nacional, quien en dicho acto podrá constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los agentes del Ministerio Público.
