Art. 54. Cuando no se abriere alguna ó algunas clases en que tienen derecho de matricularse los alumnos, y por tal razón tuvieren éstos necesidad de interrumpir su carrera, se les permitirá habilitar sus cursos respectivos si llenan las formalidades requeridas por los reglamentos.
