Proferida la decisión, a más tardar al día siguiente se librará comunicación con destino a la persona que deba notificarse, si esta no se presenta al Tribunal Nacional de Ética en Entrenamiento Deportivo dentro de los tres días hábiles siguientes, se procederá a notificar por estado, salvo en el evento del pliego de cargos.
