Pronunciamiento Sectorial . El Departamento Nacional de Planeación presentará para aprobación de la Comisión Rectora del Sistema General de Regalías una propuesta de regulación del pronunciamiento sectorial a los proyectos de inversión que se pretendan financiar con recursos del Sistema General de Regalías.

Parágrafo transitorio

La propuesta de regulación del pronunciamiento sectorial deberá ser presentada dentro de los (3) meses contados a partir de la expedición del presente decreto ley.”
