Los sueros, vacunas y demás medicamentos que necesite el Gobierno para combatir las enfermedades infecciosas, los adquirirá directamente la Dirección de Higiene y Asistencia Pública, sometiendo las cuentas a la aprobación del respectivo Ministerio. De la misma manera se procederá respecto a los elementos que se necesitan para los laboratorios y dispensarios.
