Art. 3.° Cuando por fallecimiento o por alguna de las causas mencionadas en el artículo anterior, alguno de los siete individuos espresados perdiere el derecho a la pensión que le corresponde, ésta se dividirá por iguales partes entre los agraciados restantes.
