Artículo único. Por cuanto el Ministerio de Hacienda ha creado un empleado que se encargue de la venta de estampillas para el pago de multas impuestas por la Inspección de Permanencia de la Policía Nacional, deróganse los artículos 2.° y 3.° del Decreto ejecutivo número 633, de 8 de abril próximo pasado, por los cuales se dispuso que el Habilitado de la Policía fuera el encargado de tal expendio.
