Articulo 16. Previa autorización del consejo directivo, el director podrá Delegar alguna o algunas de las funciones, a que se refieren los literales a), g ), h) y k) del artículo anterior, pudiendo revocar los actos que se Hubieren dictado por razón de la delegación y reasumir el conocimiento.
