Capital Mínimo Para Las Nuevas Sociedades Comisionistas Independientes

° Capital mínimo para las nuevas sociedades comisionistas independientes. Las sociedades comisionistas independientes que se constituyan a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto deberán acreditar un capital pagado no inferior a doscientos millones de pesos (S 200.000.000).

Parágrafo

El valor absoluto antes señalado se ajustará anualmente en el mes de enero, en el mismo sentido y porcentaje en que varíe el índice de precios al consumidor que certifique el DANE, aproximado al número entero siguiente expresado en millones de pesos.
