° Los funcionarios a quienes toque el cumplimiento de este decreto, se lo prestarán tan luego como tengan conocimiento de él, a menos que, en virtud de disposiciones vijentes en la materia, se hayan hecho anticipadamente gastos hasta determinado día. En tal caso, después de ese día ningún otro gasto se hará hasta nueva resolución.
