Considérase ilegal el ingreso al territorio nacional en los siguientes casos

Ingresar al país por lugar no habilitado.

Ingresar al país por lugar habilitado pero evadiendo u omitiendo el control migratorio.

Ingresar al país sin la correspondiente documentación o con documentación falsa.
