El solo reconocimiento de la personería jurídica no le permite a las asociaciones o fundaciones iniciar actividades, ya que éstas deben obtener también las licencias o autorizaciones que según la naturaleza de sus objetivos deban expedir las Secretarías de Educación o Coldeportes si cumplen actividades de recreación y deportes.
