Prohibición de la Utilización. DIMAR en ningún caso podrá autorizar la investigación y operación de las naves y artefactos navales si alguno de los conceptos expedidos por las entidades de que tratan los artículos anteriores es negativo. De igual forma, DIMAR negará la realización de la investigación proyectada cuando el solicitante tenga alguna obligación, de las relacionadas en el artículo 2.4.5.16., del presente Título, pendiente con entidades públicas colombianas y resultante de investigaciones anteriores.
