Para cursar en los establecimientos de enseñanza odontológica o de cirugía dental y obtener en ellos el diploma de doctor en esa materia, cuando tales establecimientos estén autorizados por ley, es indispensable que los aspirantes hayan obtenido previamente el diploma de bachillerato técnico. Sin este requisito no podrá el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública autorizar ningún diploma de cirujano dentista.
