ART 270. El mismo procedimiento que para la provisión de capellanías laicas se ha de seguir, se observará cuando se demande la declaratoria de que á uno le corresponde el derecho de disfrutar de ciertos bienes ó derechos en virtud de la cláusula de testamento ó de contrato que llama á personas indeterminadas; salvo siempre las capellanías colativas y beneficios eclesiásticos, que corresponden á la jurisdicción eclesiástica con arreglo á lo establecido anteriormente.
