Art. 2.° Las fuerzas militares de la Union que estén acantonadas en los lugares de la residencia de las Aduanas, en los puertos de Panamá y Colon, en Zipaquirá y en Tunja, suministrarán los destacamentos necesarios para cooperar con los respectivos Resguardos á cejar el contrabando, según lo indiquen los Jefes de las respectivas Oficinas fiscales y de manera que no se perjudiquen las demás operaciones á que dichas fuerzas militares estén destinadas.
